Join Horus Security in partnership with the University of Essex as a Data Science (KTP Associate) to develop cutting-edge AI solutions for pre-employment screening. This 30-month fixed-term role offers a hybrid work environment based in Oxford, England.

Responsibilities

• Develop methodologies in natural language processing, machine learning, and AI.
• Prototype algorithms using Python or R for rapid deployment.
• Build ETL scripts to manage structured and unstructured data sources.
• Use distributed computing tools like Spark/Scala for large-scale processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX and data scientists.
• Document functional and technical specifications thoroughly.
• Train and upskill company staff on embedded technologies.
• Present research outcomes at academic and industrial conferences.
