Job Description Summary

The Kavli Institute for Cosmology, Cambridge (KICC) is seeking a Fellow or Senior Fellow to conduct cutting-edge research in cosmology and astrophysics, contributing to the University’s world-renowned reputation in these fields.

Responsibilities

  • Develop research objectives and proposals for individual or collaborative projects
  • Conduct high-quality research in cosmology and astrophysics
  • Write up research findings for prestigious publications and presentations
  • Assist in the supervision of student projects and potentially teach seminars
  • Contribute to the KICC outreach program, engaging with the public on cosmological research
  • Collaborate with researchers across multiple departments, including the Institute of Astronomy, Cavendish Laboratory, and Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics
