Job Description Summary
Revetas Management Luxembourg is seeking a talented Interim Corporate Officer to manage companies registered with CSSF, focusing on real estate investment portfolios in Central and Eastern Europe for a fixed one-year contract.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing board minutes
- Support real estate acquisition and disposal transactions
- Coordinate with external parties including notaries, lawyers, and regulatory bodies
- Prepare and file RCS/RBE documentation
- Manage corporate documentation and statutory records
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc corporate tasks
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English
- Additional language (French or German) mandatory
- 2-5 years experience in Luxembourg corporate environment
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and team-oriented approach
