Job Description Summary

Compass Group Canada seeks an enthusiastic and professional Corporate Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage operations at CIBC Square in Toronto, ON. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the largest food and support services companies worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and create memorable experiences.
  • Coordinate service according to client needs and event requirements.
  • Manage email correspondence with a “personal touch” before, during, and after events.
  • Collaborate with the Events Team for seamless conference and dining operations.
  • Anticipate and resolve operational challenges proactively.
  • Handle phone calls and client requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain reception areas, dietary labels, name badges, and other event-related tasks.
