Job Description Summary
Compass Group Canada seeks an enthusiastic and professional Corporate Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage operations at CIBC Square in Toronto, ON. Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and create memorable experiences.
- Coordinate service according to client needs and event requirements.
- Manage email correspondence with a “personal touch” before, during, and after events.
- Collaborate with the Events Team for seamless conference and dining operations.
- Anticipate and resolve operational challenges proactively.
- Handle phone calls and client requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain reception areas, dietary labels, name badges, and other event-related tasks.
