Job Description Summary
Allseas is seeking a talented Contracts Engineer to join their team in Delft, Netherlands. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge offshore projects and shape the future of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Support and actively participate in the continuous improvement of Allseas’ management system within the scope of the job
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment for Allseas employees and contractors
- Present Allseas as an attractive and reliable business partner and maintain long-term relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Perform tendering and contracting processes as assigned by the unit head contracting
- Liaise with internal clients to compile requirements for goods, materials, and services
- Define contracting strategies based on value/risk assessment, market situations, and internal policies
- Select suppliers and conduct pre-qualifications and evaluations of potential vendors
- Coordinate, prepare, and submit tender packages including draft frame agreements/contracts
- Prepare bid-evaluation sheets for internal review and approval
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors in liaison with the Legal Department
- Award frame agreements and contracts
