• Write clear, engaging, and accurate content across various website formats—including product pages, solution overviews, blogs, use case content, industry pages, FAQs, and more
• Update and optimize existing pages based on SEO briefs, keyword research, and performance data analysis
• Apply SEO best practices—including on-page optimization, strategic keyword usage, and content structuring—to drive organic performance
• Collaborate closely with the SEO team to execute content plans, briefs, and updates according to the digital strategy
• Coordinate with subject matter experts (particularly product marketing) to ensure accuracy and depth of messaging across all platforms
• Conduct independent research to deepen understanding of customers, products, competitors, and broader industry trends
• Write within established brand guidelines, voice, and tone—adapting messaging for different personas and page goals
• Implement updates in the CMS including copy entry, metadata optimization, internal links, alt tags, and formatting
• Collaborate with designers to ensure content fits design parameters and layout goals
• Maintain strong version control and attention to detail through all stages of content review and publishing
• Assist with overflow content requests or editing tasks when team bandwidth is tight or freelance support is limited

Content Writer Skills and Qualifications Required

• A degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a professional writing role, preferably in a corporate B2B environment

• Comfort working with a content calendar, SEO briefs, and stakeholder input to produce high-quality, high-volume content
• Strong working knowledge of foundational SEO principles (keyword placement, formatting for readability, meta tags, etc.)
