• Monitor and review student-generated content across multiple platforms
• Provide prompt, professional responses to student inquiries and concerns
• Develop age-appropriate explanations for moderation decisions
• Collaborate with team members to refine content policies
• Stay current with pop culture trends and youth interests
• Make swift, thoughtful decisions regarding content violations
• Participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives
• Document moderation actions and maintain detailed records

Remote Work Policy

Moderators work remotely, with flexible 4-hour shifts available between 6:00 am – 10:00 pm ET (3:00 am – 7:00 pm PT). The position requires reliable high-speed internet and computer access, with a camera preferred for virtual communications.
