Job Description Summary
The University of Luxembourg’s Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT) is seeking a Research Associate to work on Computer Vision-based anomaly detection for space applications. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Shape research directions and produce results in areas such as:
- Anomaly detection and pattern recognition in visual data
- Multimodal fusion
- Unsupervised, self-supervised, and few-shot learning
- Space data simulation and synthesis
- In-orbit object pose estimation and tracking
- Disseminate results through scientific publications
- Collaborate with industrial partners
- Carry out high-impact research
- Participate in writing research proposals
- Contribute to teaching activities
- Implement real-time solutions
- Provide guidance to PhD and MSc students
- Organize relevant workshops and demonstrations
