Responsibilities

• Prepare and encode financial entries
• Process payments and transfers (general expenses, taxes)
• Encode technical entries (premiums, claims, equalization provision) in collaboration with the Technical Accountant
• Perform bank reconciliations and IFRS consolidations
• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and client reporting packs
• Prepare tax returns and analyze tax bulletins
• Compile reports for local authorities (BCL, CAA, etc.)
• Prepare and participate in internal and client meetings (committees, Board of Directors, etc.)
• Maintain relationships with third parties (auditors, banks, clients, and suppliers)
• Enter contracts into the DeMaSy system
• Manage filing and archiving tasks
