Join as a Business Centre Associate to handle reception, compliance, and KYC tasks while ensuring smooth operations and client support in Luxembourg.
Responsibilities
Compliance and KYC
- Create onboarding requests in the GCAC Tool and submit for approval.
- Collect and screen legal documents carefully.
- Maintain strong collaboration with the BOS MLRO and compliance team.
- Follow up on pending KYC requests to ensure timely completion.
- Keep an updated list of new entity onboarding and client information.
Reception Opening and Closing
- Welcome clients, suppliers, and colleagues warmly.
- Manage daily opening, closing, and switchboard handling.
- Oversee post mail delivery and ensure smooth reception operations.
Profitability of the Business Centre
- Assist in preparing and billing clients for various services.
- Draft Office Service Agreements for new prospects and office changes.
