• Serving as the official voice on X (Twitter) and Discord, creating consistent tone and sparking engaging conversations
• Developing deep understanding of community building across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and other key social media channels
• Generating and maintaining active conversations across all community platforms
• Establishing strategic collaborations and partnerships with creators, brands, and relevant communities in the Web3 and gaming space
• Responding promptly to comments, player queries, and community feedback
• Monitoring and reporting on user feedback, online comments, and reviews to guide product improvements
• Leading experiments to scale community programs and maximize their impact
• Managing all community moderators to ensure consistent quality of interaction
