Job Description Summary

VCTA is seeking an experienced Commerce Education Professional to join our team in a part-time capacity (0.6 FTE) for a 12-month fixed term position. The role focuses on developing and delivering VCTA and NCS education programs, creating resources, and providing professional learning opportunities for commerce educators.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative professional learning programs and educational resources for VCTA members
• Monitor and ensure quality assurance of professional learning programs and resources
• Support VCTA’s advocacy efforts through content creation and social media engagement
• Provide expert advice on commerce education to VCTA members
• Represent VCTA at stakeholder events, briefings, and working groups
• Develop and deliver NCS curriculum-related projects
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service delivery
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of educational resources and programs
• Engage with the teaching community to understand and address their needs
• Support the Executive Officer in various education-related initiatives
