Job Description Summary
St John’s College, University of Cambridge, is seeking a part-time College Music Administrator to support student, college, and external musical performances with comprehensive administrative services. Responsibilities
- Provide wide-ranging administrative support for student, college, and external musical performances
- Assist in organizing and coordinating musical activities by external arts groups
- Manage project planning for various musical events and initiatives
- Handle correspondence and communications related to the music department
- Maintain accurate records and databases of musical activities and performances
- Collaborate with the Director of Music to ensure smooth operation of music-related events
- Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for music department activities
- Liaise with students, faculty, and external partners to facilitate musical collaborations
- Contribute to the promotion and marketing of musical events within the college community
