Job Description Summary

The Client Relationship Manager (m/f) will be the main contact person for clients, servicing their needs in fund administration, fund governance, and custodian services. They will coordinate the creation, structuring, and implementation of investment funds, manage client relationships, and contribute to improving the products and services offered.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact person for clients, dealing with various events that may affect their funds
• Coordinate the creation, structuring, and implementation of investment funds at administrative, operational, and legal levels
• Offer customers personalized service by anticipating their needs and managing client expectations
• Contribute to improving the products and services offered by visiting customers and making constructive proposals
• Manage customers’ NLP (Net Promoter Score)
• Unite staff around a common vision and project, in cooperation with the department manager
