Job Description Summary
CIBC is seeking a dedicated Client Engagement Representative to join their Personal and Business Banking Team in Toronto. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll provide exceptional service while connecting customers with appropriate financial solutions and team members.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients entering the banking center, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their immediate needs and identify opportunities
- Assist clients with day-to-day banking needs while leveraging knowledge of financial services products
- Connect clients with appropriate team members who can help them achieve their financial goals
- Introduce and educate clients about mobile banking applications and digital solutions
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay updated on banking services
- Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple client interactions
- Identify and escalate complex client issues to appropriate team members
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional banking environment
