Job Description Summary

Join a dynamic Change Management team of 20 professionals managing over 100 clients and €1.5TL in assets. This role focuses on new business onboarding and fund launches, requiring expertise in project management and client relationship building in Luxembourg’s financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate fund lifecycle events, including launches, class launches, and mergers
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for fund launches, incorporating legal, technology, and operational workflows
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in client-facing meetings and ensure accurate information exchange
• Execute key controls for smooth fund lifecycle events management
• Process Change Requests to accommodate new business requirements
• Ensure 100% accuracy in data reconciliation
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact
• Handle communications with 24-hour turnaround commitment
• Prepare daily and monthly reports, tracking key performance indicators
