Job Description Summary

Cartier is seeking a passionate and dedicated Ambassador to join our team for 22 hours per week. As a Cartier Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional client experience, developing a strong client portfolio, and supporting daily boutique operations in the world of luxury jewelry and watches.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a unique and exceptional customer experience during the sales process
  • Master the Cartier selling ceremony and adapt to client needs and motivations
  • Transmit the passion and values of the Maison to clients
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, including after-sales support
  • Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty
  • Execute targeted CRM actions to enhance client engagement
  • Participate in client events as an Ambassador of the Maison
  • Respect all brand and boutique policies and procedures
  • Support the setup and breakdown at opening and closing of the boutique
  • Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Assist with special projects when requested
  • Participate in inventories and undertake administrative tasks
  • Perform stock room-related tasks when required
