Job Description Summary
An exciting volunteer opportunity for youth who have completed Brimacombe’s Leader-In-Training or Counsellor-In-Training program to assist with summer camp activities while developing leadership skills in an engaging outdoor environment.
Responsibilities
- Shadow assigned Counsellors and assist in implementing weekly schedules for camp groups
- Help maintain a safe, fun, and educational environment for all campers
- Prepare camp spaces and materials throughout the day as needed
- Assist with programming and activities while following Brimacombe standards and protocols
- Follow and help enforce all safety guidelines within the camp group
