Responsibilities 📋
- Enquiry Management: Serve as the first point of contact for the Business Operations Department, handling shared inboxes and delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the department, including document preparation, record-keeping, and general office management.
- Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing various events, including booking venues, arranging catering, preparing documentation, and liaising with external guests.
- Recruitment Event Support: Help organize SAS participation in university recruitment events for prospective students, including weekend open days (3-4 Saturdays per year).
- Financial Processing: Handle purchase orders, requisitions, and payment processing for the department and across SAS.
- Office Management: Organize the purchase and distribution of office supplies and sundry items throughout the Student & Academic Services division.
- Cross-Campus Support: While primarily based at Marylebone Campus, occasionally work across all university campuses according to business needs.
