Stanford University’s Department of Public Safety is seeking a highly skilled Business and Finance Manager to oversee budget management, HR administration, and office operations. • Manage the annual department budget and finances for the Department of Public Safety
• Oversee payroll processing and HR transactions for approximately 50 regular and 60 casual employees
• Provide financial analysis, forecasts, and recommendations to the DPS director and management staff
• Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures related to finance and HR
• Manage and coordinate DPS front office operations
• Collaborate with administrative staff and other departments as needed
• Participate in special events and emergency response as required
