BCforward is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join their team remotely. This short-term (2-month) contract role is perfect for professionals with 2โ€“4 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally fluent in both English and Spanish.

As a Recruiting Generalist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the recruiting and talent sourcing teams for various hiring projects.

  • Building recruitment strategies based on talent market understanding and role profiles.
  • Managing documentation and compliance processes accurately.

  • Adapting quickly to new tools and processes.
