Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity for bilingual professionals to join American Express as a New Accounts Representative, focusing on customer service, risk analysis, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze new account applications using specialized tools
  • Ensure compliance with AML and Risk processes
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with exceptional care

Work Schedule
