Job Description Summary

Pictet Group, a leading independent wealth and asset manager, is seeking a Banking Operations Officer to join their Cash Transfers team in Luxembourg. This role involves managing various payment systems, processing transactions, and ensuring financial accuracy across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

  • Process and validate payment orders across various systems (Target, SEPA, cash correspondent network)
  • Handle transactions for all customer categories and currencies
  • Manage incoming SWIFT MT/MX and SEPA messages
  • Ensure proper accounting of incoming funds for customers
  • Reconcile suspense items and investigate discrepancies
  • Analyze and invoice reversals
  • Maintain contact with correspondent banks
  • Perform first-level processing of Fircosoft hits
  • Manage standing orders and process cheque-related requests
  • Enter, correct, verify, and authorize SWIFT messages in the AMH system
  • Participate in testing periods for banking tools and payment traffic projects
