Job Description Summary

The University of Cambridge is seeking a Deputy Head of Assurance to enhance the institution’s assurance and risk management activities. This senior role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team and support a wide range of activities across a world-leading university.

Responsibilities

  • Deputize for and report to the Head of Assurance on all aspects of the University’s assurance activities
  • Provide expert guidance on audit and assurance matters
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead the development of aspects of the University’s assurance framework
  • Manage the University’s annual assurance statements process
  • Develop an assurance and compliance framework for the University
  • Communicate and liaise with members of the University at all levels
  • Prioritize work to meet regulatory and other deadlines

Remote Work Policy
