Blatchington Mill School is seeking an Assistant School Business Manager to support the leadership of the Business Section. Responsibilities
- Support the School Business Manager in overseeing administrative functions
- Assist in managing Cover Supervisors and coordinating staff coverage
- Contribute to data management and analysis for informed decision-making
- Collaborate on facilities management and maintenance projects
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Assist in implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols
- Contribute to human resources processes, including recruitment and staff development
- Liaise with Network Services to ensure smooth IT operations
