Job Description Summary
UCL seeks two dynamic leaders to head their Alumni & Supporter Relations teams, focusing on Regions and Faculties & Programmes respectively. These roles will drive engagement with UCL’s 430,000+ alumni across 190 countries, preparing for UCL’s largest-ever fundraising campaign launching in 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop innovative alumni engagement programs across UCL’s global network
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders worldwide
- Design and implement strategic initiatives for the university’s bicentenary campaign
- Manage and inspire teams delivering gold-standard alumni experiences
- Create and execute faculty-specific or region-specific engagement strategies
- Collaborate with fundraising teams to encourage philanthropic support
- Represent UCL as a brand ambassador globally
- Develop and oversee volunteering and milestone celebration programs
