Job Description Summary
The University of Oxford seeks an experienced Alumni Engagement Executive to develop and implement strategic engagement programs within academic departments. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape future alumni relations while working at the world’s leading university.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute engagement activities that drive behavioral changes in targeted alumni segments
- Collaborate with academic departments to develop meaningful engagement programs with measurable local impact
- Lead the implementation of best practices for alumni engagement across various university departments
- Create and maintain high-quality communications materials for alumni outreach
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across the university’s complex environment
- Track and celebrate alumni engagement success stories within departments
- Ensure consistency in alumni experience regardless of their field of study
- Coordinate with various university entities including the Careers Service and sports clubs
