Job Description Summary
Getronics is seeking an experienced Agile Lead Engineer to spearhead the agile transformation of our IT development processes in Madrid, Spain. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic change, optimize technological capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the agile transformation of Getronics’ work processes, placing technology at the center of our strategy
- Collaborate with various departments to implement strategic integration, aligning project execution with agile work methodologies
- Design, create, and implement strategies to ensure sustainable growth and rapid adaptation to market volatility
- Analyze current operational strategies to innovate and improve efficiency, particularly in the delivery area
- Develop and implement a new agile transformation strategy across departments to enhance IT service management and leadership
- Create and implement a new cultural strategy to improve collaborative decision-making, boost productivity, and enhance team satisfaction
- Conduct internal training sessions on coaching and agile work methodologies
