• Manage end-to-end procurement of indirect goods and services.
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to optimize procurement strategies.
• Prepare commercial specifications and facilitate supplier meetings.
• Solicit quotations and negotiate optimal terms with suppliers.
• Review proposals, summarize findings, and award orders in alignment with stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including purchase orders.
• Address delivery exceptions and liaise between suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Develop proficiency in the company’s ERP system and contribute to its enhancement.
• Ensure adherence to purchasing and finance policies.
