🎯 Responsibilities of the Growth Lead Africa Expansion
As a Growth Lead, you will act as the operational and strategic champion of Mati’s expansion into untapped African markets.
🌍 Market Entry & Operational Setup
- Scout and identify high-potential regions based on agricultural need, rock resources, and stakeholder readiness.
- Register local entities, secure permits, and launch initial operations.
- Hire core team members and establish vendor relationships.
🤝 Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Forge relationships with crushers, logistics providers, NGOs, and local farmer networks.
- Cultivate partnerships with government agencies and ministries to ensure smooth market entry and support.
- Represent Mati at national-level conferences and strategic discussions.
🛠️ Operations Enablement
- Coordinate logistics for rock deployment and pilot launches.
- Support onboarding and training of new operational or franchise staff.
- Troubleshoot local challenges, including customs delays and transport breakdowns.

- Act as Mati’s chief advocate, clearly communicating ERW’s (Enhanced Rock Weathering) mission.
