- Coordinate logistics for meetings and conferences involving senior staff, donors, and officials.
- Compose and edit correspondence, presentations, and documentation; conduct research as needed.
- Manage complex travel arrangements in compliance with university policies.
- Prepare reports and analyses, identifying trends and making recommendations.
- Oversee multiple projects, tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain and coordinate the executive’s dynamic calendar across various roles and time zones.
- Handle expense reports, purchasing, and reimbursements.
- Prepare meeting materials and agendas, ensuring the executive is well-informed.
- Maintain task lists using tools like SmartSheet and Google Docs.
