  • Accurately posting payments using Netsuite and the Copper platform.
  • Addressing customer payment queries and billing disputes.
  • Performing account reconciliations and maintaining accurate ledgers.
  • Preparing revenue and ageing reports.
  • Assisting in monthly financial closings.
  • Supporting audit processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Providing occasional backup for the Accounts Payable team.
  • Participating in financial controls and process improvement initiatives.
