• Provide high-quality first-line IT support to the university community of over 12,500 staff and students
• Develop technical skills through hands-on experience and formal training
• Work collaboratively within the IT Services team to maintain excellent service standards
• Learn and apply IT troubleshooting skills to resolve user issues effectively
• Contribute to maintaining the university’s central IT infrastructure
• Assist in the delivery of a wide range of technology-based services
• Apply organizational skills and attention to detail in daily tasks
• Complete training modules toward achieving an SCQF Level 6 qualification
