An exciting two-year IT apprenticeship opportunity providing first-line technical support to over 12,500 university staff and students while working toward an SCQF Level 6 qualification in IT Services’ award-winning apprenticeship program.

🚀 Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality first-line IT support to the university community of over 12,500 staff and students
  • Develop technical skills through hands-on experience and formal training
  • Work collaboratively within the IT Services team to maintain excellent service standards
  • Learn and apply IT troubleshooting skills to resolve user issues effectively
  • Contribute to maintaining the university’s central IT infrastructure
  • Assist in the delivery of a wide range of technology-based services
