Your primary responsibility will be supporting the Events department in delivering exceptional member engagement experiences through various events and initiatives.
Event Support and Coordination
As an Events Coordinator, you will be the backbone of successful member engagement events from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive event information and registration materials for web publication, ensuring all online details are accurate and appealing to potential attendees. You’ll manage the registration process for all types of participants—handling online registrations, paid attendees, and complimentary guests with equal attention to detail.
Your analytical skills will be put to use as you generate and provide weekly registration reports to keep the team informed about attendance projections and patterns. This data-driven approach helps the events team make strategic decisions about venue capacity, catering needs, and overall event logistics.
Sponsorship outreach will be another key responsibility, requiring excellent communication skills as you contact companies to confirm their information and distribute sponsorship packages. - Coordinating exhibitor and sponsor materials to showcase their contributions appropriately
- Packaging and transporting event materials to venues, requiring attention to detail and organizational skills
- Providing on-site support including event setup, managing registration desks, and addressing attendee needs
- Creating and distributing post-event surveys to gather valuable feedback for continuous improvement
Member Engagement Program Support
Beyond event-specific duties, you’ll contribute to broader member engagement initiatives by supporting the distribution of gifts and packages to members, fostering a sense of appreciation and connection. Your role also includes attending member-facing events to provide registration support and assist with other duties as needed, representing the organization professionally and enhancing the member experience.
