Job Description Summary

A dynamic opportunity for a PR and Events Specialist to join Knix, an award-winning North American intimate apparel brand, to support communications strategy development and implementation across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

PR Strategy & Communications Implementation 📋

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of PR and partner with PR agencies across North America to execute Knix’s communications plan flawlessly
  • Support the development of compelling pitch materials, key messaging documents, and press releases that align with brand voice and objectives
  • Coordinate and execute product seeding opportunities with press, partnerships, and influencers to maximize brand visibility
  • Work closely with Operations team to ensure seamless and timely execution of all product seeding initiatives
  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with press contacts to secure coverage opportunities
  • Evaluate partnership and award opportunities for alignment with brand values and strategic goals
  • Handle inbound press and sample requests efficiently, working with PR agencies to fulfill these requests promptly
  • Monitor press coverage and competitor activity consistently, preparing comprehensive internal reports for the Knix team
  • Provide critical support during crisis management situations, ensuring brand reputation remains protected

Events Management & Execution 🎪

  • Assist the Senior PR Manager in developing detailed work-back schedules, communication flows, and budgets for events
  • Support vendor outreach and negotiations to secure optimal partnerships for brand events
  • Provide hands-on, onsite support during events, coordinating vendors and ensuring flawless execution
  • Create thorough event recaps and program post-mortems to analyze results and inform future strategy
