🎯 Job Description Summary

King’s College London is seeking a detail-oriented Records Officer to join their Student Administration Services team. This role involves managing student records in the university’s SITS system while providing exceptional administrative support throughout the student lifecycle from enrolment to graduation.

🔍 Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and accessible student records in the university’s student record system (SITS), working collaboratively with students, faculties, and other departments to resolve data issues through investigation and fact-finding.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for student record inquiries, demonstrating expert knowledge of the student lifecycle within SITS and providing comprehensive advice to both staff and students.
  • Support and implement key administrative processes throughout the academic year, including Changes of Registration, Enrolment, Re-enrolment, and Module Registration, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Adhere to procedures and policies related to student records, maintaining accuracy and consistency while complying with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules regarding confidential personal information.
  • Develop extensive expertise in SITS and other relevant systems required for effective performance in the role.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth administrative operations and exceptional student experience.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to optimize student record management efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide timely resolutions to record-related issues.
