• Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality menu items adhering to resort standards
• Maintain optimal stock levels and inventory management systems
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP guidelines and food safety regulations
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food preparation areas
• Support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Participate in regular training and development sessions
• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and reporting any maintenance issues
• Assist in special event preparation and execution
• Contribute to menu planning and development when required
