• Oversee daily store operations, including front-end management, production supervision, and community donation coordination
• Lead and develop team members while fostering a positive work environment
• Make strategic decisions that directly impact store performance and success
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain store presentation standards
• Manage inventory flow and optimize production processes
• Coordinate with nonprofit partners for donation collection and processing
