Job Description Summary

Join the University of East Anglia’s Estates Department as a Life Cycle Maintenance Coordinator, where you’ll play a crucial role in managing and coordinating facility maintenance operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge CAFM systems and contribute to the university’s infrastructure maintenance strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to the Life Cycle Maintenance Manager and Building Surveyor
  • Create detailed reports aligned with life cycle management requirements
  • Maintain and update CAFM system with accurate asset data
  • Verify and ensure correct asset identification across campus facilities
  • Coordinate and oversee site surveys of various assets
  • Generate and manage purchase orders for required maintenance works
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication to ensure accurate data transfer
  • Monitor and evaluate contractor performance
  • Implement and maintain asset management protocols
  • Analyze complex data and produce comprehensive reports
  • Develop and maintain documentation for life cycle management processes
