Job Description Summary

Wilson Language Training is seeking a passionate Instructional and Development Specialist to join their Program Development team. This role focuses on enhancing literacy through curriculum development and professional learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise curriculum, instruction, and professional learning resources for Fundations® and Just Words® programs.
• Contribute to structured literacy, science of reading, and multisensory teaching projects.
• Support technology-based innovations for educators and students.
• Create and present content for synchronous and asynchronous courses, webinars, and special presentations.
• Assist with state and district-level instructional standards alignments.
• Develop expert tips for the Fundations and Just Words Learning Community.
• Research and analyze feedback for curriculum improvements.
• Deliver professional learning events virtually and in-person (travel required).
• Stay updated on trends in dyslexia, the science of reading, and structured literacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
