Job Description Summary

Brighton and Sussex Medical School seeks an experienced Senior Recruitment and Outreach Officer to lead strategic recruitment initiatives and strengthen our educational outreach programs. This role combines leadership in student recruitment with innovative outreach strategies to attract diverse, talented medical students.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the medical school’s mission and objectives
  • Lead outreach programs targeting prospective medical students from diverse backgrounds
  • Coordinate with faculty and staff to organize recruitment events, open houses, and information sessions
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize outreach effectiveness
  • Manage relationships with partner institutions and educational organizations
  • Create engaging presentation materials and recruitment content
  • Supervise junior recruitment team members and provide mentorship
