Job Description Summary

Getronics is seeking a skilled Service Manager PMO to join our team in Sevilla, Spain. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to manage projects, coordinate technical teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and initiate projects in collaboration with involved Technical Areas
  • Monitor project milestones, requirements, and progress
  • Manage risks and oversee testing and production deployment
  • Communicate progress to Contract Manager and end-users
  • Coordinate Technical Areas and provide methodological support
  • Manage Service Catalog and quality levels
  • Participate in initial project planning with Technical Areas
  • Verify compliance with milestones, requirements, and project progress
  • Manage project risks effectively
  • Oversee testing and production deployment processes
  • Communicate project progress to Contract Manager and end-users
  • Coordinate activities among various Technical Areas
  • Provide methodological support to ensure project success
  • Manage and maintain the Service Catalog
  • Monitor and maintain quality levels throughout project lifecycle
