Jetfly, a shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg, is seeking an energetic and motivated Pre-Flight Operations Officer to join their Operations Control Centre (OCC) department. This role is crucial in conducting initial flight studies, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of safety for Jetfly’s fleet of 60 Pilatus aircraft.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive flight feasibility studies for each new client request
  • Analyze NOTAMs, airport categorizations, and performance services
  • Optimize flight routes and propose alternative solutions when necessary
  • Collaborate proactively with OCC, Reservation, and Sales departments
  • Monitor and follow up on complex flight studies as the flight date approaches
  • Stay updated on new information relevant to Jetfly’s operations
