Job Description Summary

The University of Cambridge is seeking a confident, organized, and experienced Training Coordinator to join their growing team supporting Student Support within Education Services. This exciting opportunity is part of an ambitious Mental Health Change Programme, focusing on student wellbeing and mental health at Cambridge.

Responsibilities

  • Drive forward the coordination and administration of an impactful training program in student mental health, wellbeing, and inclusion under the direction of the CCTL Training Programme Manager and the Head of Student Wellbeing (Student Support).
  • Organize an annual program of events and develop systems to manage program planning efficiently.
  • Provide proactive administration for a range of events, training sessions, and workshops, including logistical arrangements and communications.
  • Maintain online training management and booking systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions.
  • Update and maintain website content, social media communications, and online blended learning materials.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the University and Colleges’ ambitious training program in mental health, wellbeing, and inclusion.
