Job Description Summary

The University of Luxembourg is seeking a Postdoctoral fellow to join the Bioinformatics Core at the Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine (LCSB). The successful candidate will develop and implement federated analytical workflows for health research, focusing on AI/ML algorithms and privacy-preserving techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable and efficient federated learning workflows for health research
  • Apply advanced AI/ML algorithms to analyze diverse health data in a federated context
  • Generate synthetic data using techniques like Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs)
  • Support the development of the CLINNOVA platform for federated data management and analysis
  • Actively participate in project activities and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Disseminate research findings through project meetings, conferences, and publications
