• Partner with senior leaders across various schools and professional services to address strategic business issues

• Architect organizational change in line with university strategy and people plans
• Provide high-quality advice and support on complex employment issues
• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the university’s goals
• Promote a customer-focused culture of continuous improvement in HR services
• Lead wellbeing and engagement activities tailored to meet the needs of schools and professional services
• Collaborate on discrete projects and promote key people initiatives across the university

💼 The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds CIPD level 7 qualification or equivalent experience
• Has extensive experience applying HR policies and processes in large, complex organizations
• Possesses up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices
• Demonstrates a successful track record in advising and coaching managers on people management issues
• Shows awareness of current issues and developments in the Higher Education sector
• Excels in project management and service delivery
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can think creatively and innovatively to solve complex problems
• Is committed to continuous learning and development
