💼 The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds CIPD level 7 qualification or equivalent experience
- Has extensive experience applying HR policies and processes in large, complex organizations
- Possesses up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices
- Demonstrates a successful track record in advising and coaching managers on people management issues
- Shows awareness of current issues and developments in the Higher Education sector
- Excels in project management and service delivery
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
