Responsibilities

• Further develop computational approaches for integrating single-cell RNA-Seq and imaging data
• Create detailed metabolic network models of brain tissue on a multi-cell population level
• Apply the developed framework to characterize metabolic alterations in neurodegenerative diseases
• Predict novel drug candidates and combinations based on the metabolic modeling results
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and contribute to scientific publications
• Present research findings at international conferences and seminars
