Responsibilities
- Carry out specialized cleaning duties in scientific environments, including hazardous research areas and teaching laboratories
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of analytical suites and technical workshops
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
- Assist in the movement, setup, and maintenance of laboratory facilities and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to operate standard tools and equipment
- Support the construction and repair of specialist equipment under supervision
- Contribute to annual maintenance checks and risk assessment updates
- Participate in stock and inventory management
- Respond to queries and escalate complex issues to more experienced team members
