Essential Skills and Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, including City and Guilds Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
• Five GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English Language and Mathematics
• Experience as a professional craftsperson in buildings or estates services
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance, including risk assessments
• Proficiency in using digital tools and Microsoft 365 applications
