Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Dr. Michelle Proyer on topics related to inclusion and inclusive education
• Develop and coordinate research projects, both individually and in multidisciplinary teams
• Apply for and coordinate international third-party funding opportunities
• Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and explore alternative approaches to research communication
• Deliver innovative teaching and supervise students and doctoral researchers
• Transfer relevant research results to various communities and a wider public
• Participate in academic self-administration tasks at the Institute, Department, and Faculty levels
• Promote research approaches in an inclusive, participatory, creative, and potentially digitally-informed way

Q: Is there a possibility for contract extension beyond the initial 24 months?

A: While the initial contract is for 24 months, there may be possibilities for extension based on performance and available funding. However, this would be discussed closer to the end of the initial contract period.
